Competition Boot Camp

Form a competition team and do a dry run under our guidance

Student teams doing a dress rehearsal at our campus.

Ever thought about competing?

IT’S WAY MORE FUN THAN YOU THINK!

Other classes provide recipes and timelines but that's not enough. You need a practice run before competition day to iron out the kinks in your team. You also need actual BBQ judges to critique your entries so you have a real shot at winning some prize money.

Rather than learn from the school of hard knocks why not spend your first contest entry money on our class? You will receive a very extensive guide to competing along with timelines, packing lists, suggested recipes, and a bunch of other stuff that will get you into the winner’s circle. It’s the most comprehensive set of materials you will find anywhere.

Trophies fwon by our students

Our students showing off trophies from their first event after attending our class. Pretty impressive, eh?

Don’t have a team?

WE WILL HELP WITH PRACTICE TEAM FORMATION

You will be practicing competing in teams of 4-5. If you have your team and prefer to cook by yourselves, that is fine. Otherwise, we will randomly pair individuals to form teams. Who knows, you may end up sticking together and winning a competition! It’s been known to happen!
